Have you ever tried a fat diet?

Lesson Activities

Have I ever had a fad diet?

No, I have never had any type of diet. Okay. Why haven't I had a fad diet?

First, it's because it is a trendy weight loss plan, and I don't usually follow trends. Second, it's because I think I'm already fit in my body. I don't think that I need to be losing weight. I don't think that I need to be following any type of diet for the moment. Okay. Maybe in the future if I ever gain weight, I would do it, although I don't think so because I don't like these things. That diet is a very, very severe diet. I don't like these things. Am I against it, though? No. Everybody's free to do whatever they want with their body. I'm nobody to judge, but for me, I don't think I would ever do it even if I gained weight, but maybe one day I don't know.

Who knows? So, yeah, that's it.
