Hello. My name is Bianca, and I'm from North Carolina in the United States. My question is what do you do for a cold?
I prefer more natural treatments. So the first thing that I like to do when I feel a bit under the weather, or slightly run down, is I take elderberry syrup. And this is a liquid made from the herb, elderberry. I also like to consume lots of vitamin C, whether in pill, capsule, or powder form. Or I may drink beverages with a lot of vitamin C, such as orange juice for example.
Another thing that I like to do, which sounds a little curious, is I like to chew a clove of raw garlic when I feel as though I have a cold coming on. I then drink some water after I chew that garlic, because the garlic that can burn a little bit in my mouth and then the taste is strong and somewhat offensive.
Right after that, then I like to take two other cloves of garlic and I smash them and I wrap them in tissue. And then I take that tissue and put it inside my socks that are on, so that the garlic is touching the soles of my feet, and then I sleep that way.
So normally after I do these things, and I get lots of rest and I drink lots of water, then I feel better rather quickly. So that's what I do for a cold.
Thank you so much for watching. And I want to know what do you do for a cold?
