Hello, my name is Thaer and I'm from Jordan. Today's question is what is something unhealthy you often do?
Well, the only thing that I really want to get rid of is, and it's really unhealthy to do, is sitting all day on the same chair, and that actually makes a lot of muscle pains and these kind of things. So sitting all day on a chair for nine hours or eight hours, that's really something that I really would love to get rid of, but it's not easy because it's part of my job. My job requires me to sit for about nine to eight hours on the same desk and do that.
So that's not really easy to get rid of, but I can really decrease the time of sitting on the same chair. And also, what I started doing is every one or two hours I just get up and do some exercises, stretching exercises to stretch the muscle, to avoid that night muscle pains that I have every day. So I think, yeah, this is it.
